"Lil' Bear" is big on amenities and custom features throughout. Cozy greatroom with comfy furnishings surround a beautiful stone fireplace. Doors lead from the greatroom onto a large covered porch. Sink into the swirling soothing waters of the Hot Tub while enjoying the mountain scenery that surrounds you including a lovely view of Trout Lake. In addition to the spacious decking there is also a screened in porch for even more area to enjoy the outside. Outdoor firepit too. Walk to Trout Lake and sport courts (tennis, basketball & volleyball).

Once you proceed to Book Reservation Online  or call our office to make your reservation you will be given a total that will include: $45 Reservation fee, $45 Accidental Damage Waiver, Optional Travel Insurance and 13.75% tax. Holiday rates are an additional $30 per night or an additional $180 per week.
